I got my KPI document today from my GM.. Know what.. I did none.. I did nothing.. Just sign and pass it back to him.. (of course I try to negotiate but I do understand that the KPI set for me is very minimal compared to the seniors - I joined last month maa)
Today, I’ve gone thru some online training and downloaded some materials as a preparation for my online test.. as mentioned ‘ONLINE TEST’ means the test that we can cheat one lor.. in another word, it’s an OPEN BOOK test lor..
